Invest in yourself first. If you don't have the time or means to invest in yourself, something needs to be done about that.
Always make the time to take care of yourself and do the things you love. It's ok to say no once in a while, especially if it's for your own wellbeing.
Fear can be a good thing. It can keep you sharp, alert and motivated. Just don't let it control you.
I always promote having more than one source of income. So if one goes away, others still remain.
Talking and planning are important steps. But ultimately, to get results, you must take action.
Never stop learning. When you stop learning, you stop growing. Learn daily, even if it's something you may never use.
